St Neot New Build

Starting from a steeply sloping site this new timber framed building was constructed and occupied within 10 months. A huge amount of groundwork was required to stabilise the site including digging out hundreds of tonnes of earth and constructing a retaining wall which contained over 2500 concrete blocks.

The timber frame was quickly erected and clad in rendered block work with granite quoins and finished with a natural slate roof. Internally the property was finished with travertine and ash floors, a kitchen with solid beech worktops and beautiful fully tiled bathrooms with luxury fittings.

A detached double garage and large block paved driveway completed the build.
