"Number Six"
One of the current projects tgl property is working on is “Number Six”. This new contemporary dwelling will replace the late 70’s bungalow which stood on the site in Looe. Featuring a dramatic zinc gull-wing roof, powder coated aluminium windows, oak floors and staircase and glass Juliet balcony the property will be a versatile and inspiring family home.
Dismantling the existing property commenced on 3rd October and the new dwelling is scheduled to be completed in late April.
Architectural work on this property has been undertaken by Steve Huckstep RIBA and project engineers are James Lockyer Assosciates.
