Menheniot Farm

A farmer from Menheniot called in tgl property to help with a farmhouse in need of a new roof and to take away the spar dashed finish to the frontage.

Brazilian slates were used with breathable membrane and new treated battens before the reclaimed ridge tiles were fitted. The lead work was renewed, rainwater goods renewed and a new hipped porch added above the front door. The spar dash was rendered over ready for painting on the main building and to one end chopped off to reveal a feature stone wall.
