St Germans Bungalow

This bungalow extension needed particular care to get a seamless blend from the old to the new. Taking roof tiles from the garden side to use on the road elevation helped get a perfect blend so that passersby wouldn’t know where the new and the old joined. Filling in a gap between the existing building and the garage with a new bedroom, enlarged living room and new kitchen dining room helped create a substantially bigger property. A large patio to the rear completed the external work. Internally walls were moved and the artex ceilings all re-skimmed.
